Workout of the Day

In teams of 2, with only 1 person working at a time, complete as many reps as possible in 30 minutes of:

  • Relay Run 1 mile
  • Alternating DB Snatch x 100
  • Relay Run 1 mile
  • Alternating DB Clean x 100

OR

Run 15 minutes out (Moderate), then:

Continue walking for 5 minutes, then:

Run back to your starting line.

*Record your total time and distance
