A. 4 Sets:

  • Hang 20 seconds (Alt Supinated/Pronated)
  • Wall Sit 30 seconds

B. 6 Sets:

Against a 3 minute clock:

  • Run 250m
  • Erg Cals x 25/20
  • *Max Reps

Alternate between Air Squats and Push Ups and perform 3 Sets of each.

C. SLIPS in time remaining
