- Alt. DB Snatch x 10 OR Plate GTO x 10
- Run 150m
- Burpee Broad Jump x 1
*Add 1 Burpee abroad Jump each round.
*Score is total number of Burpee Broad Jumps.
*Men try for 42-48” per broad Jump, women 36-42” per
- Run 800 Meters @ 60-65%
- 2 Miles @ 75-85% of your 1-Mile PR pace
- 5 Minute Cool Down, then Stretch
