- Bar Tap x 10-15
- Nose to Wall Handstand Hold 20-30 Seconds
C. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 Minutes of:
- Run 250m
- Alt. SA KBS x 16
- Box Jump Over x 8 (30/24″)
