Workout of the Day

A. 3 Sets:

  • Double Under x 30-40
  • KB Front Rack + Farmer Carry 50ft per
  • DB External Rotation x 8-10 per @ 2020

B. 3 Sets:

  • Run 150m
  • Bar Tap x 10-15
  • Nose to Wall Handstand Hold 20-30 Seconds

C. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 Minutes of:

  • Run 250m
  • Alt. SA KBS x 16
  • Box Jump Over x 8 (30/24″)
