In teams of 2, with only 1 person working at a time, partners alternate movements to complet as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

  • HSPU x 10 (Strict)
  • DB Hang Power Clean x 10
  • Double Under x 50

Rest/Walk 5 minutes

In teams of 2, with only 1 person working at a time, complete the following for time:

  • Wallball x 120 (20/14lbs to 10/9′ Target)
  • Erg 120 Cals
