A. 3 Sets:

  • Erg 75 seconds
  • Half Kneeling Shoulder CAR’s 5 per
  • Spider-Man Lunge w/ Rotaton x 5 per
  • Box Ankle Rocks 30 Seconds per

B. 3 Sets:

  • Alt. Pistol x 8-10 @ 31A1
  • Nose to Wall HS Hold x 30 Seconds
  • Hanging Scap Circles x 5 per

C. 3 Sets:

  • Bottom of Ring Dip Hold 10-15 Seconds
  • Front Scale 20-30 Seconds per
  • Wall Leaning Tib Raise 20-25

D. Complete as many Rounds & Reps as possible in 15 Minutes of:

  • Medball Run 200m
  • Medball Alt. Box Step Up x 20
  • Alt. SA KBS x 20
  • SA Farmer Carry 200m (100m per)
