A. 3 Sets:

  • Erg 75 seconds
  • Bodyweight Jefferson Curl x 6-8
  • Thread the Needle x 30 Seconds per

B. 3 Sets:

  • Dual KB Walking Lunge x 16-20 Steps @ 20X1
  • Powell Raise x 8-10 per @ 2020

Rest 75 Seconds between each

C. 3 Sets:

  • Seated Good Morning x 6-8 @ 3011
  • Standing Snow Angel x 6-8

Rest 75 seconds between each

D. For Cals + Time:

  • Erg 4 Minutes for Cals @ Moderate

Rest 2 minutes, then:

  • Erg the # of Cals completed for time
