Workout of the Day

A. 3 Sets:

  • Double Under x 30-40
  • KB Front Rack + Overhead Carry 50ft per
  • Side Plank Powell Raise x 8 per @ 2020

B. 3 Sets:

  • Run 150m
  • Bar Tap x 10-15
  • Headstand x 30 Seconds

C. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

  • Run 250m
  • Dual RKBS x 12
  • Burpee Box Get Over x 6 (48/40)

Rest 30 seconds
