- Pull Up (Pronated) x 8-10 @ 2111 – Rest 75-90 Seconds
B. 3 Sets:
- Dual KB Rack Squat x 8-10 @ 31X1 – Rest 75-90 Seconds
- Incline Batwing Row x 8-10 @ 31X1 – Rest 75-90 Seconds
C1. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 Minutes of:
- Reverse Lunge x 5 per
- Box Jump/Step Down x 7
- Ring Row x 9
Rest 2 minutes, then:
C2. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 Minutes of:
- No Jump Burpee x 5
- TTB x 7
- Air Squat x 9
