Workout of the Day

A. Erg 3 minutes (Nasal Only)

B. 3 Sets:

  • Quadruped Shoulder CARS x 2-3 per side (Forward and Backward)
  • Back Scale x 20-30 seconds per

C. 4 Sets:

  • Staggered Stance Dual KB DL x 6-8 per @ 30X1 – Rest 60 seconds
  • Alt. SA DB Bench (Bottom to Bottom) x 12-16 @ 31X1

D. In teams of 2, with only 1 person working at a time, complete the following for time:

  • Erg 100/80 Cals

Then partners alternate full rounds to complete 4 Rounds each of:

  • Run 200m
  • Alt. SA KBS x 20
