  • Ring Row x 12-16 @ 31X1 – Rest 75-90 Seconds
  • Seated Bicep Curl x 8-10 per @ 2121 – Rest 75-90 Seconds

C. EMOM for 16 minutes:

  • Min 1 – Erg 12-15 Cals
  • Min 2 – Alt. SA Devil Press x 8-10
  • Min 3 – Farmer Carry 100ft (HEAVY)
  • Min 4 – Rest/Walk
