  • Thread the Needle x 5 per
  • SL Glute Bridge x 20-30 Seconds per

B. 4 Sets:

  • Sumo Deadlift x 4-6 @ 21X1

Rest 75 Seconds

C. 3 Sets:

  • Row 30/25 cals
  • Medball Walking Lunge x 20 Steps @ 2010
  • Burpee w/ 2 Hand Touch to Target x 15

Rest 2 minutes
