  • ATG Split Squat x 8 per

B. 3 Sets:

  • TGU x 2 per
  • Tall Box Jump x 1.1.1

C. E:90 for 12:00 (8 sets)

  • Split Jerk x 2

Pause 2 seconds in receiving position

D. Complete as many calories as possible in 16:00 minutes

  • @ 0 and 8:00 complete 50 double unders
  • @ 4 and 12:00 complete 10 burpee box jump overs
