A. 4 Sets:

  • A1: Box Squat x 4-6 @ 31X1 – Rest 60 seconds
  • A2: External DB Rotation x 8-10 per @ 2020 – Rest 60 seconds

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

  • Run 150m
  • Alt. SA DB Hang C & J x 12 (50/35lbs)
  • Front Squat x 9 (115/75lbs)
