Workout of the Day

A. 2 Sets:

  • Erg 75 seconds
  • Leg Swings 30 Seconds per
  • Dislocate x 10
  • PVC Assisted Split Squat x 6-8 per @ 30X1

B. 4 Sets:

  • OHS x 2-3 @ 30X1

Rest 2 Minutes

C. 3 Sets:

  • Front Squat x 2-3 @ 20X1

Rest 2 Minutes

D. 2 Sets:

  • Back Squat x 4-6 @ 30X1

Rest as needed

E. Erg as many Meters as possible in 8 Minutes
