Workout of the Day

A. 3 Sets:

  • Bar Tap x 10-15
  • Deck Squat x 10
  • SA Bottoms Up KB 90/90 Carry x 50ft per

B. In teams of 2, with only 1 person working at a time, complete as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

  • Row 100 Cals
  • Sandbag Over the Shoulder x Max Reps OR Power Clean x Max Reps @ 70% of 1RM

Rest 5 minutes, then:

In teams of 2, with only 1 person working at a time, complete as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

  • Relay Run 1 Mile
  • Dual DB Curtis P x Max Reps

*1 Curtis P is 1 Hang Power Clean + 2 Alt Forward Lunge + 1 Push Press
