Workout of the Day
A. 3 Sets:
- Run 150m
- PVC Assisted ATG Split Squat x 8 per
- Nose to Wall Handstand Hold 30 Seconds
B. Every 90 Seconds, for 12 Minutes (8 Sets)
- Tall Jerk x 2-3
C. Every 90 Seconds, for 12 Minutes (8 Sets)
- Split Jerk x 1-2 – Hold the receiving position in the Split for 2-3 Seconds before recovering the feet.
D. Complete as many Rounds & Reps as possible in 15 Minutes of:
- Run 400m
- Alt. Gorilla Row x 12
- Deficit Push Up on KB’s x 8
