  • Air Squat x 50
  • Muscle Up x 7
  • Hang Power Clean x 10 (135/95lbs)

Rest/Walk 5 Minutes, then

Partners Alternate MOVEMENTS to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 Minutes of:

  • Erg 12 Cals
  • Alt. DB Hang Snatch x 12
  • Box Jump/Step Down x 12
