  • Double Under x 30
  • Hang to Overhead x 5
  • Double Under x 30

Rest/Walk 6 minutes

In teams of 2, partners alternate FULL ROUNDS to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

  • Deadlift x 5 (225/155lbs)
  • Strict HSPU x 5 (Deficit if possible)
  • Deadlift x 5
  • Strict HSPU x 5
