- Back Squat x 2 @ 30X1

B. Every 8 minutes, for 24 minutes (3 Sets)
Choose a different order for each Set.
- Row x 400m
- Double Under x 30
- Thruster x 20 (UNBROKEN)
- Pull Up x 10 (CTB if possible)
