  • Air Squat x 12 (4 Wide + 4 Regular + 4 Narrow)
  • Bar Tap x 10

B. “Jackie”

For Time:

  • Row 1000m
  • Thruster x 50 (45/35)
  • Pull Up x 30

C. 3 Sets:

  • RFESS x 6-8 per @ 30X1
  • Seated DB External Rotation x 8-10 per @ 2020
  • Russian Twist x 20
