  • A1: Weighted Pull Up (Pronated) x 3-4 @ 2010 OR Negative x 2-3 @ 50A1- Rest 75 Seconds
  • A2: Strict Pull Up (Pronated) x 6-8 @ 2011 – Rest 75 Seconds
  • A3: Alt. Beast to Alt. Leg Through x 8-10- Rest 75 Seconds

B. EMOM x 20:00

  • 1 – Box Jump/Step Down x 10 + TTB x Max Reps in 45 seconds
  • 2 – Push Up x 10 + FLR to the :45
  • 3- Erg 12-18/10-15 Cals
  • 4 – Rest
