Workout of the Day

A. 3 Sets:

  • Jumprope 60 seconds (20 on + 10 rest x 2)
  • Thumbs Up Bent Reverse Fly x 12-15
  • Half Kneeling Shoulder CAR x 3-4 per

B. 4 Sets:

  • 1-1-2 DB Bench Press x 6-8 reps – Rest 60 seconds
  • Wall Leaning Tib Raise x 20-25

C. Complete as many Rounds & Reps as possible in 10 Minutes of:

  • Dual DB/KB Hang C & J x 12
  • Erg 12 Cals OR Run 150m
