  • Alt. Tall Plabk Knees to Elbow 30 Seconds

B. 3 Sets:

  • DB Pullover x 10
  • Back Scale 30 Seconds per
  • Tuck Sit 20-30 Seconds

C. 3 Rounds for time of:

  • Erg 30 Cals
  • Bear Hug Medball Walking Lunge 30 Steps
  • Alt. Medball Box Step Up x 30

Rest/Walk 90 Seconds
