- YTW x 5
- Supinated Hang 15-20 Seconds
- Air Squat x 12 (4 Wide + 4 Regular + 4 Narrow)
B. For Time:
- Run 800m
- Air Squat x 80
Immediately followed by:
8 Rounds of:
- Power Clean x 3 (135/95)
- Strict Chin Up x 6
- Hand Release Push Up x 9
