Workout of the Day

A. 3 Sets:

  • Run 150m
  • YTW x 5
  • Supinated Hang 15-20 Seconds
  • Air Squat x 12 (4 Wide + 4 Regular + 4 Narrow)

B. For Time:

  • Run 800m
  • Air Squat x 80

Immediately followed by:

8 Rounds of:

  • Power Clean x 3 (135/95)
  • Strict Chin Up x 6
  • Hand Release Push Up x 9
