A. 3 Sets:

  • Erg 75 seconds
  • Dislocate x 10
  • Box Ankle Rocks 30 Seconds per

B. 3 Sets:

  • SA OHS x 3-4 per @ 3011 – Rest 60 Seconds
  • Hanging Scap Circles x 8 per – Rest 60 Seconds

C. 4 Sets

  • OHS x 2-3 @ 30X1 – Rest as needed

D. For Time:

  • Dual DB Squat x 10-8-6-4-2
  • Devil Press x 1-2-3-4-5

Rest :90, then:

  • Devil Press x 3-2-1
  • Dual DB Squat x 6-8-10
