Partners alternate MOVEMENTS to complete as many rounds & reps as possible in 30 Minutes of:

  • Burpee Box Get Over x 4 (48/40)
  • Strict HSPU x 6
  • Standing C2 Bike 8 Cals (Damper 10/8)
