  • Staggered Stance RDL x 6-8 per @ 30X1 – Rest 75 Seconds
  • Double Under x Max Reps in 30 Seconds – Rest 75 Seconds

D. 2 Sets:

Against a 4:00 Clock

  • Double Under x 50
  • Row x 50
  • Double Under x max reps in time remaining

Rest 4:00 betweens sets

E. EMOM for 9:00

  • Min 1 – Couch Stretch Left
  • Min 2 – Couch Stretch Right
  • Min 3 – Childs Pose w/ Lat Stretch
