- Odd – Handstand Hold/Walk 30-45 Seconds
- Even – “Tall” Box Jump/Step Down x 1.1.1.1.1
C. Every 2 Minutes, for 16 Minutes (8 Sets)
- Power Clean + Split Jerk x 2
D. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 Minutes of:
- Alt. SA DB Hang C & J x 12
- Single DB Box Step Over x 12
