In teams of 2, with only 1 person working at a time, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 24 minutes of:

  • Row, Run, or Ski 2,001m

Then complete as many rounds and reps as possible in time remaining of:

  • Muscle Up x 9 OR Burpee Box Get Over (48/40″)
  • Ground to Overhead x 11 (135/95lbs)
