Workout of the Day
A. 3 Sets:
- Sumo Deadlift x 6-8 @ 30X1 – Rest 60 seconds
- Ring Face Pull x 12-15 – Rest 60 seconds
B. 3 Sets:
- SA Half Kneeling Press x 8-10 per @ 21X1 – Rest 60 seconds
- Death March x 12-16 Steps
C. 4 Sets:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 3 minutes of:
- Power Clean x 3 @ 65-70% of 1RM
- Hand Release Push Up x 6 OR Strict HSPU x 6/4
- Box Jump Over x 9 (24/20″)
Rest 1 minute between and then pick up where you left off the previous Set.
