- A3. Prisoner Good Morning x 10-12
B. 2 Sets:
- Heels Elevated Squat x 5 @ 3011 – Rest 10-15 seconds
- Air Squat (Feet flat) x 5 @ 3011 – Rest 10-15 seconds
- Toes Elevated Squat x 5 @ 3011 – Rest 10-15 seconds
- Air Squat (Feet flat) x 5 @ 3011
Rest 90 seconds between sets
B. Complete as many reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
- Perfect Push Up x Max Unbroken Reps @ 2010
- Run 250m
