Workout of the Day
In teams of 5, with only one teammate allowed per station, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:
- Station 1 – Run 250m
- Station 2 – 1 Round of Today’s Barbell Complex (115/75lbs)
- Station 3 – 1 Round of Strict ‘Cindy’ or ‘Mary’
- Station 4 – Assault Bike or Row Cals x 20/15
- Station 5 – Rest
*Barbell Complex: Deadlift x 5 + Hang Power Clean x 5 + Shoulder to Overhead x 5
*Cindy: Strict Pull Up x 5 + Push Up x 10 + Air Squat x 15
*Mary: HSPU x 5 + Alternating Pistol x 10 + Pull Up x 15
