Warm Up

Jumprope 3 minutes

Then, 2 Rounds:

  • Dislocate x 5 + OHS x 5
  • Good Morning x 5 + Snatch Grip Push Jerk x 5
  • 2 Position Power Snatch (below knee/floor) x 5

Workout of the Day

A. Every 2 minutes, for 12 (6 Sets)

  • 2 Position Power Snatch (below knee and floor) + OHS x 1 @ 31X1

B. 5 Rounds of time:

  • Hang Power Snatch x 10 (95/65lbs)
  • Double Under x 30
