- A2: Hollow Body Flutter Kicks x 30-45 seconds – Rest 60 seconds
B. In teams of 2, for max cals in 12 minutes (6 Sets of each)
- Partner A – 60 Seconds Row or Assault Bike for Cals
- Partner B – 60 seconds Double Under x max reps OR Burpee w/ 2 Hand Touch to 6″ Target
