Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:

- KB Snatch x 10 (5 per @ 53/35lbs)
Rest 2 minutes, then:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
- STO x 7 (115/75)
- CTB Pull Up x 7
Rest 2 minutes, then:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
- Toes to Bar x 7
- Box Jump Over x 7 (24/20″)
