Warm Up

Jumprope 3 minutes

Then 2 Rounds of:

  • Walking Lunge x 50ft
  • Scap Pull Up x 5
  • SA KB Bottoms Up 90/90 Carry x 50ft

Workout of the Day

A. Complete as many Double Unders as possible in 2 minutes

B. Every 2 minutes, for 6 minutes (3 sets):

  • Dumbbell Walking Lunge x 20 steps @ 20X0

C.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:

  • Double Under x 20
  • KB Snatch x 10 (5 per @ 53/35lbs)

Rest 2 minutes, then:

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:

  • STO x 7 (115/75)
  • CTB Pull Up x 7

Rest 2 minutes, then:

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:

  • Toes to Bar x 7
  • Box Jump Over x 7 (24/20″)
