- Single Arm STO x 6 per (50/35lbs)
- Row 12 Cals
Rest 5 minutes, then:

- Push Up x 10

- Strict Ring Muscle Up x 2-5
- Nose to Wall HS Hold w/ Alternating Shoulder Taps x 10

C. Every 2 minutes, for 14 minutes (7 Sets):
- Power Clean + Push Jerk + Split Jerk
