Workout of the Day

In teams of 3, with only 1 person working at a time, partners alternate full rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

  • Muscle Up x 3
  • Single Arm STO x 6 per (50/35lbs)
  • Row 12 Cals

Rest 5 minutes, then:

In teams of 3, with only 1 person working at a time, partners alternate full rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

  • Deadlift x 5 (225/155lbs)
  • Push Up x 10
  • Run 150m

Competition Class (8am Downtown only)

A. 3 Sets

  • Alt TGU x 4
  • Front Rack + OH KB Carry x 100ft per

B. 3 Sets

  • Strict Ring Muscle Up x 2-5
  • Nose to Wall HS Hold w/ Alternating Shoulder Taps x 10
  • SL Box Jump x 3 per

C. Every 2 minutes, for 14 minutes (7 Sets):

  • Power Clean + Push Jerk + Split Jerk
