A. 6 Sets
- Hang Power Snatch x 2 (Mid Thigh + Below the Knee) + OHS x 1 @ 31X1
 
B.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
- Run or Row 250m
 - Hang Power Snatch x 10 (75/55lbs)
 - Muscle Up x 5/3 OR Burpee CTB Pull Up x 5
 - Rest 30 seconds
