immediately followed by:
2 Rounds of:
- SA Farmers Carry x 400m (200m each)
- Russian KBS x 30
- HSPU x 20
- Double Under x 100
immediately followed by:
1 Round of:
- SA DB Front Squat x 60 (50/35lbs – switch sides every 10 reps)
- Row or Assault Bike 50 Cals
- SA DB Shoulder to Overhead x 40 (50/35lbs – switch sides every 5 reps)
