Workout of the Day

In teams of 2, with only 1 person working at a time, complete the following for time:

3 Rounds of:

  • Run 500m (250m each)
  • SA DB Hang C & J x 40 (50/35lbs – switch sides every 5 reps)
  • Wallball x 30 (20/14lbs to 10/9′ target)
  • Burpee Box Jump Over x 20 (24/20″)
  • Muscle Up x 10

immediately followed by:

2 Rounds of:

  • SA Farmers Carry x 400m (200m each)
  • Russian KBS x 30
  • HSPU x 20
  • Double Under x 100

immediately followed by:

1 Round of:

  • SA DB Front Squat x 60 (50/35lbs – switch sides every 10 reps)
  • Row or Assault Bike 50 Cals
  • SA DB Shoulder to Overhead x 40 (50/35lbs – switch sides every 5 reps)

-42 minute time cap.
