A. EMOM for 10 minutes:
- Odd – Power Clean x 5-7 (60% of 1RM)
- Even – Run 150m
Rest/Walk 5 minutes
B. EMOM for 10 minutes:
- Odd – Row 12/10 Cals
- Even – Burpee Over the Erg x 8-10
Rest/Walk 5 minutes
C. EMOM for 10 minutes:
- Odd – Double Under x 40-50 OR Max reps in 40 seconds
- Even – KB Snatch x 12 (6 per @ 53/35)
