Workout of the Day
A. Every 90 seconds, for 12 minutes (8 Sets):
- Power Clean & Jerk x 1 – Start at 70% of 1RM and build.
B. 3 Sets for max reps/cals
- 60 seconds – Row for Cals
- 30 seconds – Rest
- 60 seconds- KBS
- 30 seconds – Rest
- 60 seconds – Double Under
- 30 seconds – Rest
