ANNOUNCEMENT: The downtown location will be closed this weekend for the Training Think Tank athlete camp. We will have our Saturday classes at 9 and 10am at the Midtown location. We will have open gym on Sunday at 12 to 2 at the Midtown location. Also, our friends at Faction Strength & Conditioning are hosting a benefit for the Memphis Police Association Charitable Foundation in honor of fallen Officer Bolton and have invited the entire Memphis CrossFit community.

Workout of the Day

In teams of 4, complete 5 sets for max reps/calories of:

  • Row/Bike Cals x 60 seconds
  • Thruster (75/55) or Wallball (20/14) x 60 seconds
  • Burpee Pull Up OR Burpee Muscle Up x 60 seconds
  • Rest x 60 seconds
