Against a 40 minute running clock: In teams of 3, with only 1 partner working at a time, complete the following:

0-10:00

  • 1200m Medball Relay (20/14lbs -each partner runs 400m)

-Complete the 1200m as fast as possible and then rest for the remainder of the 10 minute clock.

10 – 22:00

In teams of 3, alternate full rounds to complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

  • Muscle Up x 3/2
  • Front Squat x 6 (135/95lbs)

22 – 28:00 – REST

28 – 40:00

In teams of 3, alternate full rounds to complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

  • Power Clean x 3 (135/95lbs)
  • Burpee Box Jump x 6 (24/20″)
