Warm Up

In teams of three, complete 2 sets each of:

  • Partner A – Run 150m
  • Partner B – Jumprope (Singles)
  • Partner C – TGU x 1 per side (SLOW)

Workout of the Day

In teams of three, with only one teammate per station, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:

Station 1-

  • Burpee Pull Up x 5 OR Muscle Up x 3
  • Double Under x 30

Station 2-

  • Alt KB Snatch x 10 (53/35)
  • Box Jump x 8 (24/20)

Station 3-

  • Run 300m w/ Medball (20/14)
