Workout of the Day

In teams of 2 or 3, partners alternate full rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

  • Hang Power Clean x 3 (135/95lbs)
  • Front Squat x 5
  • HSPU x 7 (Strict if possible)

Rest/Walk 5 minutes

In teams of 2 or 3, partners alternate full rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

  • Muscle Up x 5/3
  • SA DB Thruster x 10 (5 per 50/35lbs)
  • Row 15/12 Cals

Comp Squad training:

A. 3 Sets

  • Alt Hanging Hip Touch x 8-10
  • HS Walk x 5-10m to the Wall, then perform Strict HSPU x max reps

B. 3 Sets

  • Lean Away Pull Up x 3-5
  • Skater Squat x 4 per

C. Clean – Build to a heavy single in 12 minutes

Rest 3 minutes, then:

D. Clean – Complete 10 Singles for time @ 80% of “C”
