In teams of 2 or 3, partners alternate full rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
- Hang Power Clean x 3 (135/95lbs)
- Front Squat x 5
- HSPU x 7 (Strict if possible)
Rest/Walk 5 minutes
In teams of 2 or 3, partners alternate full rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
- Muscle Up x 5/3
- SA DB Thruster x 10 (5 per 50/35lbs)
- Row 15/12 Cals
Comp Squad training:
A. 3 Sets
- Alt Hanging Hip Touch x 8-10
- HS Walk x 5-10m to the Wall, then perform Strict HSPU x max reps
B. 3 Sets
- Lean Away Pull Up x 3-5
- Skater Squat x 4 per
C. Clean – Build to a heavy single in 12 minutes
Rest 3 minutes, then:
D. Clean – Complete 10 Singles for time @ 80% of “C”
