Workout of the Day

In teams of 2 or 3, with only 1 person working at a time, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:

  • Run 800m or Row 1000m
  • Front Squat x 30 (115/75lbs)
  • Shoulder to Overhead x 30
  • Strict Pull Up x 30
