Warm Up

Jumprope 3 minutes

Then 2 Rounds of:

  • Squat to Stand x 5
  • Dislocate x 5
  • OHS x 5

Workout of the Day

A. Every 2 minutes, for 12 (6 Sets)

  • 2 Position Power Snatch (Below the Knee and Floor) + OHS x 1 @ 31X1

B. Complete 5 Rounds for time of:

  • Hang Power Snatch x 10 (95/65lbs)
  • Double Under x 30

-14 minute cap.
